What We Did

A dynamic, pumped-energy brand environment built for YoungLA at the Arnold Sports Festival, created to support athlete engagement, brand activation and retail-driven traffic at the heart of the expo.
Challenge
YoungLA needed a show presence that would stand out amid hundreds of fitness and apparel exhibitors at Arnold. The environment needed to reflect the brand’s lifestyle and performance identity, offer athlete meet and greets, product launch visibility, retail display space, and social content opportunities. The activation also required fit-out for high footfall, brand experience zones and seamless logistics at Columbus, Ohio.
What We Delivered
We delivered a full turnkey activation build from concept to show-day for YoungLA. The design included dedicated athlete meet and greet zones, immersive brand anchor graphics, product display walls, integrated retail checkout area, and social-friendly content spots. We managed structural design, custom fabrication, AV installation, lighting, flooring, branded graphics, athlete flows, on-site crew, logistics and show-period support.
Impact
The brand activation helped YoungLA capture a standout presence at the Arnold Expo, increased in-person brand engagement, strengthened social content with athletes and drove retail conversion on-site. The combination of lifestyle positioning and performance energy protected YoungLA’s identity as a challenger brand in fitness apparel.
