Festival build delivered across the Arnold Sports Festival in Ohio, bringing together four major competition stages, exhibitor booths for leading global fitness brands and full scenic and broadcast footprint for one of the world’s largest multi-sport events.
Challenge
The Arnold Sports Festival needed a delivery partner capable of building and managing a multi-hall programme across Columbus, covering six high-impact stages, a full scenic environment, a broadcast hub and booths for some of the biggest fitness, apparel and nutrition brands. The brief required concept development for the stages, structural delivery, extensive graphics, exhibitor coordination and a complex logistics operation involving tight turnaround, heavy footfall and continuous show-day transitions. The solution had to feel seamless for visitors while handling an enormous technical and operational load behind the scenes.
What We Delivered
We delivered a festival-wide build spanning six major competition stages, a full scenic identity package, the broadcast hub and branded exhibitor booths for leading brands. Our team handled design development for stage environments, fabrication of scenic elements and a technical and structural delivery across multiple halls.
From entrance archways to broadcast platforms, from scenic walls to exhibitor builds, we delivered a cohesive, multi-venue environment built to power through nonstop schedules.
We didn't just build booths. We built a branded battleground which included:

- 2,691m² branded print
- Stack3d pavilion build
- 1,000ₛ of build hours
Impact
The unified delivery helped Arnold present a cleaner, more cohesive visual identity across its halls while supporting back-to-back competitions and broadcasts. The stages provided a consistent backdrop for live sport, the scenic package tied the spaces together and the exhibitor booths helped brands stand out in one of the busiest fitness expos worldwide. The festival benefited from a centralised production partner that delivered a complex, multi-venue build.
