France

A single storey hospitality and meeting chalet built to support Parker Aerospace at one of the world’s most important aviation events, design to host customers, showcase technology and deliver a premium comfort space for VIP engagement.

Challenge

Parker needed a large hospitality chalet at Paris Air Show that could support heavy meeting schedules, technology showcases and senior customer engagement. The space required seven meeting rooms with AV, catering facilities, outdoor terrace areas and a controlled internal layout for high-traffic stakeholder visits. The build carried strict French regulations, a significant operational footprint and a tight installation window, all delivered under a large-scale budget programme across build, services and AV.

What We Delivered

We delivered a chalet across a five-unit footprint at Le Bourget. The project included full architectural specification, structural coordination, and fabrication of all external and internal elements. The layout incorporated seven AV enabled meeting rooms, two larger rooms with interconnecting doors, client lounge areas, hospitality and servery spaces, a kitchen, bathrooms, crew and organiser rooms, and controlled access points. These elements are shown throughout the chalet plan, including meeting rooms, pantry, bistro dining, store, comms, security office and outdoor terraces.

The chalet was built to French organiser standards, using modular structural systems, cladding, glazing, interior walling, flooring, HVAC and dedicated power and connectivity. We supplied and integrated technology for both physical and digital displays, supporting Parker’s electrification, clean technology and digitalisation messaging. External works included terraces, boundary treatments, waste management, plumbing, electrical distribution and site services. All logistics, MEWPs, cranes, trailers and on-site workforce were managed by our team.

Impact

The chalet enabled Parker Aerospace to deliver a high-performance customer programme over the full show period. The controlled interior supported back-to-back meetings, while the seven-room configuration allowed parallel discussions across business units. The hospitality and outdoor areas created a comfortable setting for extended engagements. The technology zones helped communicate Parker’s focus on electrification, clean tech and digitalization, aligning with their readiness for next-gen aircraft programmes. The chalet cemented Parker’s position as a trusted systems partner for global aviation customers during one of the year’s most influential aerospace gatherings.
