A vibrant retail redesign for New Balance on Münzstraße, transforming a tired outlet into a modern, dynamic flagship that blends sport performance with fashion-forward identity.
Challenge
New Balance asked to inject energy and purpose into their Berlin store. The outlet needed to showcase key products, improve navigation, brighten the space, and deliver a retail environment that felt both sporty and stylish. A platform where athletic performance and lifestyle fashion could meet.
What We Delivered
We re-imagined the entire store layout to highlight flagship product ranges and deliver an immersive brand experience. We repositioned selected products as hero pieces, curated backdrops and signage with large-format hero images and impactful typography, and upgraded lighting to flood the store with clean, vibrant illumination.
We introduced a bold audio-visual feature which was a large screen angled from the ceiling above the entrance, playing brand films to catch the eye immediately on arrival. The store now reads as part fashion outlet, part athletic showroom. The space looks as good as it performs.
Impact
Shoppers now walk into a store that instantly communicates what New Balance stands for. The new layout and lighting turn casual browsing into discovery, while the AV installation adds motion and energy, strengthening the brand’s retail presence in Berlin and positioning the store as a reference for sport-meets-fashion environments.
