What We Did

A premium specification stand designed to showcase Lutron’s lighting and shading technology, built to deliver an immersive demo environment, hospitality space and strong brand presence at ISE Barcelona.
Challenge
Lutron needed a stand at ISE that could bring together multiple demo environments, a feature presentation area, meeting spaces and hospitality within a clean, premium layout. The project required raised flooring, a new feature architecture with integrated ceilings, refurbished café and storage areas, multiple demo pods, and a theatre-style lighting zone. Additional requirements included illuminated logos, AV upgrades, new product displays and a materials-driven interior palette, all delivered under a tight installation schedule at Fira Gran Via.
What We Delivered
We delivered a complete stand build for Lutron at ISE, including platform, feature architecture, display structures, demo pods and full technical integration. The stand was constructed on a 100mm raised deck with vinyl flooring, aluminium edging and protective layers throughout the build. The new feature areas included solid internal ceilings, theatre-style curtain track for draping, two freestanding shade displays and a refurbished café and storage area.
Four illuminated Lutron logos were installed on the overhead truss, alongside a full lighting package consisting of Rove fixtures, LED floods, and a Tiger Touch control desk. Rigging included motor hoists, suspension equipment, load calculations and truss systems.
The demo pods were updated with Muraspec wide width wallpaper, new paint finishes, tuneable LED tape, DALI drivers, vinyl graphics, acrylic plaques and sample chip trays. Electrical works included mains power distribution, EU and UK sockets, CAT6 data cabling and prewiring. AV teams provided pre-show production, testing and on-site adjustments.
All site services were coordinated, including water and waste, organiser approvals, forklift operations and waste disposal. Logistics covered ATA carnets, EU customs, trailers, flights, accommodation, and on-site crew for build, show support and dismantle.
Impact
The stand have Lutron a polished and highly functional presence at ISE, supporting continuous demos, project education and hospitality. The upgraded demo pods made the technology more tactile and engaging, while the feature area illuminated logos strengthened visibility across the hall. The lighting package and AV enhancements created a richer presentation environment, helping Lutron deliver a stronger brand story and customer experience at Europe's leading systems integration event.
