What We Did
|
A premium retail environment crafted for Lister Horsfall’s third showroom, designed to honour a 120-year legacy while creating a new standard for contemporary luxury.
Challenge
Lister Horsfall needed a complete transformation of a newly acquired retail space in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. The interior had to be stripped back and rebuilt to match the high standards already set by their two existing boutiques. The brief required a premium aesthetic, discreet display solutions, privacy for high-value consultations and a dedicated bridal lounge tailored to engagement and wedding clients. The challenge was creating an elevated, intimate setting that felt aligned with a heritage jeweller while offering a fresh spatial identity for a growing brand.
What We Delivered
We delivered a full showroom fit-out, including bespoke panelling, cabinetry and display cases designed to showcase jewellery while keeping the interior private from the outside. Our design and production teams worked closely to develop a calm, understated palette with soft golden tones, refined detailing and high-level craftsmanship throughout.
A key feature of the space was a dedicated bridal lounge, furnished with a relaxed Bloomsbury sofa from Connection and Blake chairs from Sixteen3 in Winter White and beige leather finishes. This created a secluded, warm setting for engagement and wedding ring consultations, setting this boutique apart as a destination store. The result was a premium retail experience that strengthened the brand’s presence in Yorkshire.
Impact
The transformed showroom helped Lister Horsfall elevate its retail experience, offering customers a more considered and luxurious environment for viewing and selecting jewellery. The new bridal lounge added a distinct service layer, helping position the store as regional destination for wedding and engagement clients. Following the success of this project, our partnership continued across multiple Lister Horsfall events and retail activations.
