What We Did
|
A focused, high-specification environment built to help Helsing showcase advanced AI defence capabilities, hold strategic meetings and support major partnership activity at DSEI UK.
Challenge
Helsing needed a stand at DSEI UK that could present complex AI enabled defence systems in a clear, physical way. The space had to balance controlled meeting areas with an open front for visitor engagement, support a large LED content wall, and accommodate a 4.7m structural pod that met strict hall regulations. The design also needed to provide secure connectivity for demos and briefings, with a layout that felt confident and premium with a competitive hall environment.
What We Delivered
We managed the stand from early concept through engineering, fabrication and on-site delivery. The build centred on a tall aluminium framed pod, engineered and certified to hall standards, with cladding and integrated cross bracing to support a significant LED wall. The stand included custom counters, a defined platform edge, graphics, lighting, electrics and loose furniture, supported by rigging and dedicated high bandwidth wired internet. The layout created a strong architectural presence, giving Helsing a clear front of house zone for storytelling and a more private area for meetings and technical discussions. All show services, transport and crew were delivered end-to-end by our team.
Impact
The stand provided Helsing with a credible major show presence at DSEI, supporting high-level meetings and acting as the backdrop for strategic announcements. The large LED wall and meeting pod helped turn abstract AI capability into something visitors could see and understand, giving the team a powerful setting to explain HX-2 and wider autonomy programmes. The presence strengthened Helsing’s position among leading defence and technology companies at the event.
