Equinox worked with BETBY to turn a 119m² into a product-led exhibition stand, combining illuminated overhead branding with dedicated displays, meetings spaces and hospitality.

Project Challenge

BETBY's message for SBC Lisbon was "Leaders choose Leaders". The stand needed to reflect that confidence and give visitors a clear way to explore the products behind it.

Working with BETBY, we shaped the brief around how the space would be used. Product demonstrations needed priority, alongside open meeting points, a private meeting room, hospitality and an enclosed podcast room.

The challenge was to fit these functions into 119m² while keeping the stand open and welcoming. BETBY needed to be recognisable from the aisle, while enough room inside for visitors to explore its offer and teams to host meetings.

This called for a clear hierarchy. The branding needed visibility across the hall. The products needed dedicated space at visitor level. Meeting and hospitality areas needed to support the experience without taking over the floor.

Equinox Delivery

Our approach gave the brand height and the products the floor.

An illuminated sign established BETBY's overhead identity, supported by a suspended LED feature that brought moving content above the stand. This gave the brand visibility beyond its footprint while leaving the floor focused on demonstrations and hosting.

Distinct, labelled product displays gave visitors clear points to explore BETBY's offer. Integrated screens brought product content into these areas, connecting the wider brand message with what visitors could examine up close.

The layout provided different settings for different needs. Open tables made room for informal meetings, while a separate meeting room offered greater privacy. Hospitality supported hosting, and an enclosed soundproofed podcast room gave content creation it own space within the stand.

Graphics, illuminated edges and repeated shapes connected the displays, counters and meeting areas. These details helped the different spaces feel part of one BETBY environment.

Key delivery features included:

  • 119m² stand footprint
  • 8m illuminated overhead sign and rigging
  • Suspended LED feature and integrated AV
  • Dedicated, labelled product displays
  • Open meeting tables and a private meeting room
  • Hospitality provision
  • Enclosed podcast room
  • Graphics artworking, production and installation
  • Furnishing throughout the stand

Impact/Outcome

The completed stand gave BETBY a dedicated setting for a significant production introduction at SBC Summit Lisbon. SloBets was central to the company's event plans, alongside BETBY Games and BETBY Predictions, with the stand designed to let visitors explore the products and speak with the teams behind them.

Equinox's contribution was to make room for the exchange within 119m². Dedicated displays put the offer within reach, while open tables and a private meeting room gave the team places to move from product explanation into more detailed business discussions.

This gave "Leaders choose Leaders" a practical expression. BETBY had a space equipped to demonstrate the thinking behind its positioning, with product discovery, meetings and hospitality brought together in one environment.

The result was a stand built to support a clear commercial task, introducing new technology to operators and giving them the setting to examine how it could fit their business.
