For a company that's built its reputation stand by stand, this recognition means something different to an award. ICE is putting its own name behind us. That tells exhibitors across every ICE show that Equinox is a safe pair of hands.
What does Recommended Stand Contractor status mean?
ICE reserves its Recommended Stand Contractor list for a small group of agencies. To make it, contractors need to meet the show's standards for design capability, delivery reliability, and, critically, health and safety compliance. ICE assesses and awards every place on merit. The status applies across ICE's shows, not just a single edition.
For exhibitors, working with a recommended contractor means one less thing to worry about, wherever the show is being held. ICE has already done the vetting.
Why Equinox was selected
In confirming the decision, ICE highlighted two things. First, the strength and originality of Equinox's stand design work. Second, a consistent track record of high health and safety standards on site.
"What stood out most was that, alongside highly creative and innovative stand designs, Equinox consistently maintains high health and safety standards. Since working together, we've never had to chase the team on site."
Creative freedom and disciplined delivery aren't always easy to hold together on a build. It's the thing we've worked hardest to get right.
"This isn't the kind of recognition that happens by luck. It's a show that pushes every contractor to their limit, so having ICE put its name behind us, on the record, means a great deal to the team. It also reflects how we operate as a business. We push hard on creativity and never once cut corners on safety."
Building on a strong track record at ICE
ICE has recognised Equinox before. At ICE Barcelona 2026, Equinox designed and built Digitain's 960m² landmark stand. The stand went on to win the Most Innovative Stand Award as part of the ICE StandOut Awards programme.
Recommended Stand Contractor status takes that further. It moves Equinox from award-winning individual projects to an officially endorsed position, across ever ICE show.

What this means for exhibitors at ICE shows
For brands preparing to exhibit at any ICE show, choosing a Recommended Stand Contractor removes a layer of risk from the planning process. ICE has already vetted the team for compliance, safety, and delivery standards. That leaves more room to focus on design, strategy, and the show itself.
As preparations for upcoming ICE shows continue, Equinox Group will be sharing more on what this recommendation means for exhibitors planning their stands.
